state parliamentarian, Jonathan Wilkins, by february 19th. Send them to either

----> - Recording Scriba is still a vacant position on the board, please fill out an
application and postmarked by May 15th
~as stated by the NJJCL constitution, the duties of recording scriba are, but limited to:
1)record detailed minutes of all meetings
2)make copies and send them immediately to each officer and chairperson
